About PURE Regenerative Medicine

We created PURE because we believe traditional medicine is missing a whole body approach that centers around the patients long and short term goals. Traditional medicine teaches us to deal with health problems as they arise, but so much focus is lost on how to prevent problems from ever occurring. We know there are better ways to preserve our youth from the inside out and we are excited to offer this new approach to the Greater Lafayette community.

There is a place where healthcare and selfcare meet, and we want to bring this to as many people possible. Sharing what we have learned through our many years practicing medicine our desire is to educate our patients on the many traditional and alternative options available today.

I have been to doctors for Botox in dozens of spas. Downtown Chicago, the Chicago suburbs, Ohio - and the best experience and results were by Dr. Shah.

MEET MISTY

Misty is a certified Emergency Medical Technician, Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant. She has worked in the emergency room for over 10 year alongside Dr. Estes and Dr. Shah. Misty has found purpose in healing others and helping them feel their best. She is a mother of two boys and a proud Mimi to one precious grandson. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending quality time with her family.

MEET BRITTANY

Brittany is a Licensed Esthetician. She has always been passionate about providing clients with the most healthy and radiant skin. She's most excited to help you reach your long term and short term goals for your skin using clinical skin products and advanced treatments. Brittany specialize in working with various skin types and microneedling, dermaplaning. In her free time, she enjoys spending all of her time with her 3 kids and her husband.

MEET MAIZEE

Maizee has worked as a licensed Esthetician for 5 years and has specialized in medical aesthetics for the last 2 years. Helping people feel great in their own skin is the main reason Maizee wanted to be in this role. Her favorite facial service we offer is our Diamond Glow Advanced. This facial is safe for mostly everyone, it's exfoliating, brightening, and we all need a little pampering with a glow ✨ Aside from her career she loves to roller skate, make art, and spend time with her loved ones + pup!! She can't wait to meet you all!

MEET CINDY

Cindy is the wife of Dr Marc Estes, Mother of three wonderful Daughters, Grandmother of two beautiful Granddaughters, and your Client Concierge. Cindy has been a life long Lafayette resident. She served the community for a period of 15 years in health care, in the role as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. In this capacity she specialized in Emergency, and Intensive Care, as well as Special Procedures & Patient Education. Her role at Pure is to provide client education, scheduling services, relaying messages between clients and Physicians, as well as clients and pharmacy as that need arises. Cindy can't wait to meet you, welcome to Pure.

MEET MEREDITH

Opening PURE has been such a rewarding experience for Meredith. As a Chicago native, she's always appreciated the aesthetics of the chic downtown businesses and wanted to bring that vibe to Lafayette. Meredith is so excited to deliver this brand to our community, supporting the premier services from our doctors and estheticians. With a background in broadcast journalism and sales, she absolutely loves keeping you all informed via our social media! When she isn't at PURE you can find her coaching the Purdue University Sales Team. Outside of work, Dr. Shah and Meredith enjoy time at a park with our triplets and two dogs.

Meet Pamela

Pamela is a registered nurse with a background in both the operating room and aesthetic medicine. Her longstanding aspiration to make a positive impact on individuals' well-being is complimented by her inherent appreciation for aesthetics. At PURE, she seamlessly integrates these facets, facilitating an environment where individuals can enhance their overall well-being and appearance. In addition to her professional pursuits, Pamela, a Texas native, engages in personal interests such as travel, physical fitness, and avidly supporting her husband's football team during her leisure time.

Meet Page

Page is our Practice Manager. She has spent over 15 years in the medical clinical atmosphere helping clients in the community live their best lives as both a provider and clinical manager. Her passion for helping clients and providing exemplary patient care is unmatched. She truly understands clients' needs and strives to make each encounter a memorable one. Page and her family reside in rural Warren County where she enjoys gardening, raising ducks, and making jewelry during her time away. She brings a sense of enthusiasm to everyone around her both at home and in the workplace.

Meet Shelby

Shelby is formally trained as an esthetician and makeup artist with multiple years of aesthetic experience. She is passionate about having fun, and enjoying the moment. When she's not at PURE, Shelby loves to be outside with her family, traveling with loved ones, and game nights with friends.

Meet Jaclyn

Jaclyn Craigin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in aesthetics, weight loss management, and hormone replacement therapy. With a passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals, Jaclyn takes a personalized, holistic approach to care that emphasizes both beauty and well-being. She is highly skilled in performing advanced aesthetic treatments, including Botox injections, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation procedures, offering clients the latest in non-surgical enhancement. In addition, Jaclyn provides medically supervised weight loss programs and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs. Through her expertise, Jaclyn empowers individuals to look and feel their best, improving confidence and vitality in all areas of life. When she's not at PURE, Jaclyn loves spending quality time with her dogs and family, whether we're enjoying cozy days at home or heading up to our lake house in Michigan for some relaxation.
